Meet the Founder
When Yashira Henriquez founded Yashira Consulting Services, her goal was simple: improve the clinical trial experience for both the sponsor and the participant.
With a Master of Health Science in Biomedical Science from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from the University at Albany, Yashira entered the research world equipped with a strong scientific foundation. Over the years, she expanded her expertise by leading clinical operations with a focus on operational excellence and trial management across decentralized and traditional studies in therapeutic areas such as infectious disease (COVID-19, Long COVID), cardiology, and psychiatry.
Her leadership extends beyond clinical trials—she serves on the Boards of Directors for Abbott House and One World Girl, INC., two organizations that support underserved populations and youth empowerment. These experiences have shaped her belief that research must reflect the people it intends to serve.
Today, Yashira remains committed to closing the gap between science and community, using consulting as a platform for transformation.
